Spring track is an immensely popular sport at Shepherd Hill for athletes to get faster and stronger. From pole vault to distance running, spring track hosts a variety of events for everyone to participate in. There are 4 dual meets during the week hosted at local high schools and a couple of invitationals on Saturdays. Shepherd Hill is also known to produce division 1 college-level talent, such as Emma Sullivan who is attending the University of Jacksonville and Brian Belmonte who runs at Merrimack University. Everyone participates at each dual meets, and some of the invitationals have entry standards for athletes.

Baseball is another widely-participated in sport at Shepherd Hill with a rich-team culture. Tryouts for the team are held in early March, and two squads are fielded for the season. The teams play an array of games each season against local schools, and games that are canceled due to weather are made up. Last year, Shepherd Hill graduated Nate Carty who went onto play Division III baseball for Clark University. Along with Nate, Chris Lafortune, a 2018 Hill alum, plays baseball at WPI.

Lacrosse is another popular and exciting spring sport at Shepherd Hill. Tryouts for the team occur in early March. Tryouts for both the boys and girls assess which team each player should be placed on, and there are no cuts. Each program is committed to continue building their roster and a successful culture. In 2018, the boy's team graduated their all-time leading scorer, Tristan Pietz, who went on to play lacrosse at Southern New Hampshire University. In 2019, the girls' team orchestrated an outstanding 18-3 record and fell short in the first round of the state tournament against Westfield.

Tennis is a popular and highly regarded enjoyment for many students in the spring. Everyone that signs up makes the team; however, players compete at practice for spots in dual matches. Both teams are looking forward to the renovated tennis courts at Shepherd Hill.
