Wrestling is another prestigious winter sport at Shepherd Hill. The team has both a boys and a girls team that competes at dual meets throughout the week and invitationals on the weekends. The season starts up after November break and ends in February. Recently, Ethan Ayotte earned his 100th win, becoming the first person ever to accomplish the feat at the Hill.

Signups: The November before the start of the season
Indoor Track is an inclusive winter sport where athletes can specialize in getting stronger and faster. Both the boys and girls team compete in four mid-week dual meets at a local indoor track along with invitationals at the Reggie Lewis Center on most weekends. There are no tryouts for winter track, and all athletes are encouraged to participate in an event they enjoy and excel in. Last year, Bryan Santos broke the all-time New England record in the 55M dash, and the girls sprint medley relay competed at the New Balance Indoor National meet. Practice starts the Monday after Thanksgiving break.

Cheerleading is another highly-competitive, high-spirited team, that runs through the fall and winter. During the winter, the team rallies the basketball team and continues their competition season. In the 2019 season, Ali D'Arcangelo, Abigail Holden, and Samantha DiDonato all earned Mid-Wach All-Star honors. Tryouts are held to determine who is on which squad and there is a spot for everyone.

Signups: The November before the start of the season
Basketball is a highly competitive sport at Shepherd Hill with a rich history of success. In 2017, the girl's team snagged 15 wins and was ranked 21st statewide. In 2018, a high-powered team pioneered by Jason O'Regan, Kenneth Flynn, Cody Adams, and Dan Cavic led Shepherd Hill to a Central Mass Division 2 Championship at WPI. Tryouts are held the Monday after Thanksgiving, and two teams are fielded on both sides.
